Proponent must be an authorized reseller of MIRO products/services, SNB reserves the right to confirm reseller authorization ahead of contract finalization. The term of the supply arrangement will be for a period of two (2) years with one (1) optional one (1) year extension period as negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.The contract will be awarded to the Proponent whose lowest overall price meets all tender requirements.Pricing to be shown as Current Manufacturer's Suggest Retail Price (MSRP) including quoted discount percentage (%) off list price.The quantities shown below must be bid in full to be considered for award.The discount structures are to remain firm for duration of the contract period.Bids must include the quantities indicated below to be considered. These quantities are not guaranteed volumes; the cost per license must be fixed, regardless of volume.One Hundred percent (100%) of all added value and discounts negotiated with the manufacturer MUST be passed through to SNB (i.e., extra discounts above Minimum Percentage Discount Off Current Published List Price, etc.).All orders drawn from this contract MUST be signed by designated SNB personnel (the individuals and process will be determined upon award). The Province of New Brunswick will not be responsible for any purchases shipped without this authorization.Quotes MUST be provided within forty-eight (48) hours of request and valid for thirty (30) days.Orders MUST be placed within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of a Purchase Order.It is the vendor's responsibility to:-Monitor for volume purchase opportunities and provide further discounts where possible to provide value to SNB.-Co-terminate license maintenance renewals where possible.-Provide price list updates to Strategic Procurement for validation of discount.Miro Enterprise Licensing - Contract of Supply (COS)**See attached***
