The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN(s) for various end items. The major FSC(s) of this requirement is: 1005. A Large Purchase Contract is anticipated. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000. The Solicitation will be unrestricted, with other than full & open competition applies. Drawings are not available. The solicitation will be available on app. 11/7/2013 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Information and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in its Solicitation for the described supplies.
