Missile Guidance Set Test Support (MGSTS) Support

This notice serves as a Presolicitation Synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.2. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB). This information is not to be interpreted as a commitment by the Government. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary and responders are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Synopsis. Acquisition Title: Missile Guidance Set Test Set (MGSTS) repair support, anomaly resolution, and fault analysis. Acquisition Description: Accomplishment of this workload is to be performed at the individual missile wing Weapon Storage Areas or remotely where applicable. Accomplishment of this work will require Secret security clearance and facilities that are congruent to that access. This work requires an in-depth knowledge of nuclear certification/surety practices as it relates to the MGSTS effort. This work also requires historical reference to failures that occurred to enable the technicians to provide rapid fault resolution. An in-depth knowledge of the operating software as well as the hardware involved also is required to ensure rapid fault resolution.
