Full Description

The Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO) at Fort Eustis, VA, had a requirement for the procurement of a quantity of seventy-four (74) part number 600N6044-1-T Skid Shoes, a quantity of fifty two (52) part number 600N6044-3-T skid shoe and a quantity of forty four (44) part number 600N6044-5-T. These will be shipped to the following address L3 Communications, 5749 Briar Hill Rd, BLDG 195, Lexington, KY 40516. The delivery requirements are 3 months after receipt of government furnished equipment (GFE), and early delivery is authorized at no additional cost to the Government. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.1. Firms that recognize and can provide the supplies are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive propsal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203(a). A determintation by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely with the discretion of the Government.
