This notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposals, but the government will accept written capability statements from interested parties within fifteen days of the publication date to inform its decision not to open the requirement to competition. All submissions must be sent via email to Lisa Troccoli and Shoaibur Qureshi by the deadline of May 26, 2026, with no phone inquiries permitted. The requirement consists of the procurement of Growth Chassis, Growth Remote Interface Units (RIUs), Mission Avionics Processing System (MAPS) Chassis, and MAPS RIUs to support ground repair sparing for Mission Computer Modernization (MCM).
BOA N0001924G0017 was awarded sole source to Collins Aerospace under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 prior to the Department of War implementation of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 6 (effective 01 February 2026).
