This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation AG-52B1-S-16-0063 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to perform mowing and trimming services at the Mississippi Bluffs Ranger District, Jonesboro, IL, County of Union, on the Shawnee National Forest. The contractor will provide services approximatly every 8-10 days in the Fall, Spring and Summer seasons. One contract will be awarded for a Base Period plus four Option Periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 and the size standard is $7.5mil. This project is set aside 100% for Woman Owned Small Business. Pricing and technical information will be submitted to: Roger Manning, USDA Forest Service, 811 Constitution Ave, Bedford, IN 47421. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
