Missoula Discovery Network Management

This contract is to continue critical system and network support of the Missoula Discovery Network. On-site support is required for network administration tasks to ensure network and system security availability and compliance with our Authority to Operate (ATO). On-site support is required because most equipment is not remotely accessible and cannot be remotely administered from within Forest Service network. The contract provides tasks for two roles (1) on-site support of day-to-day operations of the DN and (2) critical network support that can be provided remotely.
