The NAICS Code is 332994. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division- Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to award a five-year, including options, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD. The contractor shall provide all necessary materials and services required to conduct MK 45 Mod 4 Configuration Gun Mount System overhauls and upgrades. In accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. BAE Systems, is the only responsible source with the production capacity, knowledge, and experience to provide MK 45 Mod 4 Configuration Gun Mount System overhauls and upgrades in support of the Navy's requirement.
