By responding to this RFQ, the quoter agrees to meet all the requirements incorporated herein, and agrees to all the terms, conditions, and provisions.


 Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made. The Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the vendor’s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt.
