Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Homestead Air Reserve Base intends to award a firm fixed price contract under NAICS 337127 for the following: Two (2) sets of mobile bleachers. One set will have a seating capacity for 260. The second set will have a seating capacity for 300. Both sets of bleachers will have the aisle option with the remaining requirements: 1) 10 Rows high. 2) Consistent seat slope. 3) 24" Row Spacing w/ 8" riser seat rows. 4) Powered bleacher actuation allows one-person set up 5) Self-contained 12VDC hydraulic system with remote operation 6) Curb-side, frame-mounted, lockable hydraulic and electrical systems compartment. 7) Canopy Ready Hardware, provides optional installation for a future UV / weather canopy with aluminum guardrails automatically fold with main frame. 8) Bleachers automatically stow for transport without support pads 9) All-weather galvanized steel frame with anodized seat and full size foot planks. 10) Galvanized, zinc or stainless steel nuts and bolts utilized for assembly. 11) 2-5/16" Ball Coupler w/ removable hitch is preferred but Pintle towing coupler is acceptable. 12) Tandem axle suspension with (4) tires, electric brakes. 13) Highway lighting package with DOT marker and signal lights. 14) Meets IBC2009 code requirements. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable with the technically acceptable criteria being listed above. The government intends to award without discussions however reserves the right to contact vendors for clarification. Any vendor conducting business with the government must be registered in System for Management Award (SAM). Registration may be accomplished on www.SAM.gov. Submit proposals utilizing the attached SF 1449. Fill in block 17a on the first page. List pricing utilizing item numbers 0001-0006 on pages 3-5. Total item numbers below item 0006.
