All planning and execution must adhere to the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program standards, with final deliverables including a draft and final After-Action Report and Improvement Plan. The anticipated completion date for all training is May 31, 2027. The contract is subject to a strict price ceiling of 80,000 dollars, and proposals exceeding this amount will not be considered.
