Quantity: 1 each for the fourteen items Unit of Measure: EACH (6) Description of items/services: DESCRIPTION OF NEED Description of Need Media Studio Learning & Development Division - 1.0 INTRODUCTION: Learning & Development Division (LDD) has identified a need for modernized media studio equipment. LDD's instructional designers have a high demand for video requests related to training and education. The current camera equipment has limited functionality which impacts the quality of video production. An example of this would be the recording of VTC sessions. These recordings do not make the leap from a live session to re-packaged training, and therefore are not considered a reusable object. The new mobile studio will also reduce editing from 80 minutes down to 1minute, allowing the editor to spend time on other customer requests. - 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide LDD with the Media Studio equipment identified in Section 4.0. - 3.0 DELIVERY INFORMATION: Equipment is to be delivered to the DFAS-IN, 8899 E. 56th St, Room 316Z, Indianapolis, IN 46249. - 4.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The below items will be delivered to the above address within 30 days of the contract being awarded. - 4.1 Canon EOS C100 Mark II Camera or equivalent with EF 24-105mm f/4L Lens Quantity: (1) each - 4.1.1 Super 35mm 8.3MP CMOS Sensor - 4.1.2 EF Mount 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Lens - 4.1.3 1920x1080p 59.94/50/29.97/25/23.98 - 4.1.4 Built-In Dual Pixel CMOS AF Hardware - 4.1.5 AVCHD and MP4 Recording - 4.1.6 HDMI Output with Timecode & C-Log LUT - 4.1.7 ISO 320 to 102,400 - 4.1.8 Dual SDHC/SDXC Media Card Slots - 4.1.9 Two XLR Audio Connectors (Auto and Manual Level settings) - 4.1.10 Built-In 2.4 & 5 GHz Wi-Fi Capability - 4.2 Camera-Mountable Lavalier Digital Wireless Set (ME2 Lavalier) Quantity: (1) each - 4.2.1 EKP XLR Receiver (CH 8: 1920 to 1930 MHz) - 4.2.2 SK Bodypack Transmitter - 4.2.3 ME2 Lavalier Microphone - 4.2.4 Plug and Record Functionality - 4.2.5 Automatic Sensitivity Adjustment - 4.2.6 Receiver Switches On/Off Via 48V - 4.2.7 AES 256-bit Encryption - 4.3 Head, Tripod, and Slider Kit Quantity: (1) each - 4.3.1 T 2-Stage 75mm Bowl Aluminum Tripod - 4.3.2 H Fluid Head - 4.3.3 32.6" Slider - 4.3.4 Head Supports Loads up to 9 lb - 4.3.5 23.6 to 59" Tripod Height Range - 4.3.6 Tripod & Slider Carrying Cases Included - 4.4 504HD Head w/546B 2-Stage Aluminum Tripod System Quantity: (1) each - 4.4.1 16.5 lb (7.5kg) Load Capacity - 4.4.2 Aluminum Legs - 4.4.3 18" to 66" Range - 4.4.4 4-Step Counterbalance - 4.4.5 Ball-bearing Drag System - 4.4.6 Illuminated Bubble Level - 4.4.7 Mid-level Spreader - 4.4.8 Padded Tripod Bag - 4.5 Digital Cinematography Light Meter Quantity: (1) each - 4.5.1 Incident Metering for Ambient & Flash - 4.5.2 40 Reflected Light Metering - 4.5.3 HD Cine and Cine Measuring Modes - 4.5.4 Measuring range at ISO 100 of 0 to 19.9 EV - 4.5.5 Flash measuring range of f/1.4 to f/90.9 at ISO 100 - 4.6 Video Bag Quantity: (1) each - 4.6.1 Fits Video Cameras up to 22.8" Long - 4.6.2 Wide Opening for Easy Access to Gear - 4.6.3 Water-Resistant Hard Exterior Shell - 4.6.4 Removable Interior Bucket Design - 4.6.5 Removable Padded Interior Dividers - 4.6.6 Interior Ripstop and Soft Nylon Lining - 4.6.7 Large Exterior Zippered Pocket - 4.6.8 Top and Side Handles - 4.6.9 Shoulder Strap Included - 4.6.10 Bottom Trolley Strap - 4.7 Camera-Mountable Digital Wireless Handheld and Lavalier Set Quantity: (1) each - 4.7.1 XLR Receiver (CH 8: 1920 to 1930 MHz) - 4.7.2 Bodypack Transmitter (CH 8: 1920 to 1930 MHz) - 4.7.3 ME 2 Lavalier Microphone - 4.7.4 AVX-42 Handheld Transmitter with MMD42 - 4.7.5 Omnidirectional Polar Pattern - 4.7.6 Plug and Record Functionality - 4.7.7 Automatic Sensitivity Adjustment - 4.7.8 Receiver Switches On/Off Via 48V - 4.7.9 AES 256-bit Encryption - 4.8 Complete Shotgun Microphone HDSLR Kit Quantity: (1) each - 4.8.1 Shotgun Microphone - 4.8.2 Shock Mount - 4.8.3 Windshield - 4.8.4 Boompole - 4.8.5 Universal Hand Grip - 4.8.6 Cables - 4.8.7 Matching Transformer Cable - 4.8.8 XLR or 3.5mm Input - 4.8.9 Neoprene Boompole Bag - 4.9 Canon EF 24mm T1.5 Cine DS Lens or equivalent Quantity: (1) each - 4.9.1 EF-Mount Lens/Full-Frame Format - 4.9.2 Minimum T-stop T22 - 4.9.3 Maximun T-Stop T1.5 - 4.10 Canon EF 35mm T1.5 Cine DS Lens or equivalent Quantity: (1) each - 4.10.1 EF-Mount Lens/Full-Frame Format - 4.10.2 Minimum T-stop T22 - 4.10.3 Maximun T-Stop T1.5 - 4.11 Canon EF 50mm T1.5 Cine DS Lens or equivalent Quantity: (1) each - 4.11.1 EF-Mount Lens/Full-Frame Format - 4.11.2 Minimum T-stop T22 - 4.11.3 Maximun T-Stop T1.5 - 4.12 Canon EF 85mm T1.5 Cine DS Lens or equivalent Quantity: (1) each - 4.12.1 EF-Mount Lens/Full-Frame Format - 4.12.2 Minimum T-stop T22 - 4.12.3 Maximun T-Stop T1.5 - 4.13 Sony One-Stop Compact Production Studio Bundle (without Switcher) or equivalent.
