Solicitation Number: FA7022-15-R-0014 Notice Type: Award Notice Synopsis: NOTICE OF AWARD: The Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) Technical Operations Squadron (TOPS), Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, Contracting Office 25 AF/PKR solicited and negotiated with Raytheon Company. The statutory authority for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii), only one source is available for this acquisition, to provide for continued operations and maintenance on two (2) mobile sensors platforms aboard US Naval vessels, as well as manning of the Mobile Sensors Management Office (MSMO) at Patrick AFB, FL. This justification is based on the Government's requirement for the contracted services to perform a continuation of services from contract FA7037-10-D-0001, currently operating under task orders 0017, 0018 and 0019. The contractor shall perform these functions at AFTAC, Patrick AFB FL.
