Mobile Storage and Installation

The contractor is required to furnish, deliver, and install a complete warehouse storage system at Hammond Air National Guard Station, Building 3, in Hammond, Louisiana, to upgrade the 236 Combat Communications Squadron’s storage capabilities for Unit Type Code deployable equipment and mission-critical assets. The system must include thirty-two new, commercial-grade mobile storage units and four relocatable storage units, along with all necessary components such as rails, carriages, shelving, frames, handles, panels, safety features, anchors, leveling hardware, fasteners, and accessories. All work must be performed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and accepted commercial practices, ensuring the units operate smoothly and safely under normal loaded conditions, with surfaces finished or coated to resist warehouse wear, corrosion, and abrasion. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, installation, testing, cleanup, warranty, and closeout documentation, with pricing required to be net and fully inclusive of all associated costs without tax. The system must be installed without obstructing exits, fire protection equipment, electrical panels, communications systems, or required access routes, and must be fully functional, clean, and ready for immediate use upon final acceptance. This procurement is a Request for Quotation issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation under NAICS code 337215 and is solely set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns, with compliance to FAR and DFARS in effect at the time of award. Offerors must demonstrate technical compliance through detailed product data, manufacturer specifications, model numbers, dimensions, load ratings, warranty terms, and a clear description of the proposed system, including a proposed layout and installation schedule submitted prior to installation. Final acceptance is contingent upon successful visual and functional inspections, complete cleanup of all contractor-generated debris, and submission of warranty information and basic user instructions. The contractor must adhere to strict access hours—Tuesday through Friday, 0800 to 1600, excluding federal holidays—and comply with all installation security, safety, and local regulations. Payment must be processed via the Wide Area WorkFlow system using designated DoDAACs, and the contractor must be registered in SAM.gov with a valid UEI and CAGE Code, in addition to maintaining SDVOSB eligibility.
