Solicitation details, issuing organization, response deadlines, documents, and interested companies for this government contract opportunity.
AI Contract Overview
This solicitation seeks eight mobile vehicle security barriers modeled after the Rologard K2600, with acceptable alternatives permitted to meet the same functional requirements. The barriers must be lightweight and portable enough for a single Security Forces member to deploy rapidly during elevated FPCON or NDA events, while also being towable by ATV or RZR vehicles already in the 105 BDG inventory. Each barrier must support mounting of signage and lighting for traffic control, accept ballistic shields rated to stop .50 caliber rounds, and reliably stop a 15,000-pound vehicle traveling at 30 mph on any surface. The contract includes a trailer for transporting the barriers and covers applicable shipping costs. The solicitation is currently unfunded, with no award possible until appropriated funds become available. All submissions must be submitted in English, fully priced, and from SAM-registered offerors by 10:00 AM EST on August 18, 2026. Evaluation will prioritize technical compliance and price, with a Small Business Set Aside in effect. The award will go to the most advantageous offeror based on these criteria.

Brand Name OR Equal - Rologard K2600 - Mobile Vehicle Security Barrier (8) each.
Government will accept an "equal" to the Rologard K2600. This is mentioned simply to help vendors understand exactly the type of mobile vehicle barrier system we are looking to procure.
* The portability of the barriers must be ideal for Security Forces members to be able to quickly deploy in the event the installation goes into a higher FPCON or if an NDA is declared.
* A single Defender must be able to move the barrier into place with ease, freeing others to provide cover or tend to other tasks.
* The barriers must be capable of being towed separately off a trailer by an ATV or a RZR that the 105 BDG has in its inventory.
* The barriers must be able to mount signage and lights to warn drivers of the road closure, preventing an accidental crash into them.
* Barriers must have the ability to have ballistic shields rated up to a .50 caliber round.
* Barriers must be capable of stopping a vehicle weighing 15,000 lbs. at 30 mph on any surface in the event a hostile actor tries to drive through them.
CLINS:
1. (8) each - Mobile Barriers.
2. Trailer to Transport Barrier Systems.
3. Shipping (delivery) costs (if any).
