This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial products: All supplies and services necessary to supply a mobile wash skid. 0001 - Hydro-Tek Mobile Wash Skid, SC40006D12 or equivalent. 2 Ea 0002 - Inlet Water Feed Shut Off Valve. 2 Ea 0003 - Low Water Engine Shut Down. 2 Ea 0004 - Trailer 540G Dual Electric Brake w/ Integrated Storage Compartment. 2 Ea 0005 - Lunett Eye Hitch 3in Kit. 2 Ea 0006 - Hose Reel HP, 200', 3/8, 5,000 ins stainless hose reels. 4 Ea 0007 - Subs 100' for 50' 5,000. 4 Ea 0008 - Gun kit for SC Series AF MO. 2 Ea 0009 - Reel, LP, trailer fender mount. 2 Ea 0010 - Inlet hose 5/8 x 100'. 2 Ea FOB: Destination for delivery to 4860 S Superior Ave, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707-7325. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4877-11-Q-0343. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333319, Size Standard, 500 Employees, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
