Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) supply to a custom Wind Tunnel apparatus for use in the ECOSSIM Chamber that can simulate and monitor the impact of wind-like crossflow of air over an array of liquid samples under specific climatic conditions (including air velocity) over long periods of time. As a result of the solicitation process, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to award one (1) contract from Contract award to March 31, 2026. The offer must meet all the requirements of the evaluation to be declared compliant. Full details are found in the Request for Proposals document.
