The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide Bulk Buy Dump Trucks (Single Axle and Tandem Axle) to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The contract period shall commence from the fully executed Resulting Agreement through one year. All dump trucks purchased from this RFP shall be delivered no later than December 31, 2027. MoDOT anticipates purchasing 45 - 65 dump trucks total. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS powered by MOVERS and by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record five (5) calendar days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
