The Missouri Department of Transportation Kansas City District is seeking vendors to supply Hot Mix Patching Trailer(s), Stepp Mfg Model SPHOJ-3.0 or equivalent, that meets the attached minimum specifications. The solicitation will be awarded on a firm, fixed pricing "lowest and best" basis. The contract period is from date of award through 09/30/2027 with (4) four optional annual renewals.
