Full Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. ACA, SR, Directorate of Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a SOLE SOURCE Contract to Diebold Incorporated. The award will consist of the following item: Arms Vault: Diebold Mode l RAV211-4 (Part # 19-057233-00A). Preassembled concrete, weather-tight, UL Class M, 6-sided. Includes: GSA Class 5 Armory Door with bi-fold dutch style daygate, HVAC unit with humidity control, weather vestibule with steel personnel door, interior and exterior lighting, interior electrical outlets, stained textured exterior finish, and painted interior. 211 square feet Interior vault space with 4 feet, 1 inch deep vestibule. 4 1/2 inch - 6 inch thick wall flange kit w/holes for day gate. Vault does not need ISIDS security system, Ft SIll will provided its own Security 2000 system. Includes site visit after award of contract to determine placing and movment requirements. Arms vault must meet DoD approved modular storage vault/arms rooms for storag e of Category II weapons IAW AR 190-11. Vault shall meet AA-V-2737. Quantity: Two (2) Each. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339999, size standard 500 employees. This proposed contract action is for supplies or service s for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is n ot a request for competetive proposals. However, all proposals received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract ba sed upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competetive procurement.
