Construct one (1) concrete pad to support a permanent modular bulk fuel tank including a gravel apron near 51QVA1017045805 in the southwest corner of Naval Base Camilo Osias, Cagayan, Philippines. Use NAVFAC provided “Multi-Purpose Concrete Pad” standard design drawings as the basis of design. Provide one (1) 100,000- gallon modular fuel tank. This tank’s capacity of 380,000 liters (100,000 gallons) and diameter of 40 feet (12 meters) is the MARFORPAC fuel system of choice. The concrete pad shall be 70 ft x 102 ft (21.3 m x 31.1 m) and consist of 18 in (457 mm) thick reinforced concrete pavement with minimum 4000 psi. The concrete pad will serve as the foundation and staging area for the installation of the fuel tank. Connect the concrete pad to the runway with a gravel apron, as shown in the site plan.
