The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ closing date for submissions to allow additional time to respond to submitted questions.                         


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of a modular system designed for health care food service that allows for seamless flow of a meal tray from hot food service through cold food assembly (see Salient Characteristics B.4) for the American Lake VAMC as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated.  Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 12 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  


This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 333310
