The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, is seeking quotes for the procurement, delivery, of one (1) single-story commercial modular office for the Cargo Deployment Function (CDF) in support of the 325th Logistics Readiness Squadron (325 LRS).


The modular office shall be a fully enclosed structure consisting of four (4) walls, roof/ceiling, and floor, with an overall footprint between 10.0 ft. W x 12.0 ft. L and 12.5 ft. W x 12.5 ft. L. The structure shall be suitable for installation on an existing concrete floor within an active pull-through cargo warehouse and accommodate up to five (5) administrative workstations, and computer/network equipment while maintaining line-of-sight visibility over active warehouse cargo lanes. The office shall include a minimum of two (2) dual-pane operable windows, four (4) 20-amp electrical circuits, six (6) duplex electrical receptacles, and one (1) integrated heating and cooling climate-control unit. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Tyndall AFB, FL. Factory pre-assembled delivery is preferred; a panelized configuration with contractor-provided on-site assembly and installation is an acceptable alternate. Contractor shall provide two (2) complete sets of operator and maintenance manuals and a minimum three (3)-year commercial warranty covering structural components, materials, and workmanship, in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics.


This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under commercial item procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5410, Prefabricated and Portable Buildings.
