Modular Shoot House

The Government is seeking a Modular Shoot House under solicitation FA466126Q0043, issued by the Department of Defense’s 7 CONS office at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, with a NAICS code of 332311 for prefabricated metal building and component manufacturing. This is a total small business set-aside, and the requirement is for one unit conforming to the KONTEK Industries Mobile Modular Shoot House - Lima (product #MMSH - Lima) or an equal alternative. The system must be rapidly deployable, weather-proof, approximately 2000 square feet in size, and include 12 door modules, 85 wall modules, 4 lite-breach door modules, 4 window modules, and 14 corner cameras, with a fully modular design capable of simulating various structures for close-quarters battle training and allowing for timely modifications. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis, with evaluation based on best value to the government, considering technical capability, price, and delivery. Technical acceptability is a pass/fail gate, requiring offerors to demonstrate full compliance with the Salient Characteristics provided in the attachment.
