The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 2 each Custom Ultra-compact 13-15GHz LiNb03 optical Phase modulator. 1 each Non-recurring Engineering (NRE) for development of 2 custom phase modulators. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. Simplified procurement procedures will be used for this acquisition per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
