Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This is a Diminished Manufacturing Source (DMS) procurement and it represents an End of Life (EOL) buy for this NSN. This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1). All offers will be evaluated based on price, delivery and past performance. Approved source is: Cummins Inc (0B8S3) P/N 3654718-FEA14 The Government required delivery is 180 days, and the item will be shipped to the government stock location at Tracy, CA. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
