Sealed bids, addressed to LGI Homes – Texas, LLC for East Collin County MUD #1, will be received at the office of the Engineer, Pape-Dawson, 6105 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 210, Plano, Texas 75024, Phone +1 (555) 000-0000 or via www.CivCastUSA.com , until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, November 19, 2026, and then publicly opened and read in person or via Microsoft Teams (+1 (555) 000-0000, Conference ID: 611 828 230# or Meeting ID: 215 941 721 001 541 8, Passcode: m7iN73sF ) for the construction of the following project: Construction of Gravity Main Improvements for Montgomery Farms Project No. 70170-05 Scope of Work of the Contract includes: Utility Improvements: Installation of approximately 2,750 LF of 12” Gravity Sanitary Sewer including manholes and encasement. Earthwork Improvements: Installation of approximately 5,900 SY of flex base access road to a future proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant (not proposed in this bid) including culvert installation and approximately 5,520 CY of excavation. The above improvements are a part of the “Montgomery Farms Off-site Gravity Main” plans as prepared by Pape-Dawson.
