The Rural Municipality of Enniskillen No. 3 is inviting tenders for the supply of one (1) motor grader meeting or exceeding detailed specifications for heavy municipal operations. Proponents are requested to provide a detailed price breakdown, including acceptance of trade-in for existing RM equipment, with pricing options where applicable. Tenders must address comprehensive engine, transmission, hydraulic, cab, electrical, tire, moldboard, and attachment requirements, along with warranty coverage, delivery timelines, and confirmation of full heavy-duty mechanical service availability within 100 km of Oxbow, Saskatchewan. Optional and required attachments, installation costs, and warranty plans (minimum 5 years / 7,000 hours) must be clearly identified. The RM is a member of SARM’s Canoe Procurement Group, and applicable discounts should be applied.
