The contract is for the procurement of three Moulage Kits, Bleeding Simulation, identified by NSN 6910-01-566-1811, to be delivered within 20 days of award. Each kit is a FEBSS Deluxe Model, designed as a modifiable simulation tool compatible with a wide range of training mannequins or live subjects to accurately replicate trauma-related bleeding. The items must comply with strict labeling and identification mandates, including Item Unique Identification (IUID) per MIL-STD-130 and the DFARS 252.211-7003 clause.
