The contract pertains to the procurement of a resilient mount with part number J-4624-10 and NSN 5342011377245, requiring one unit delivered under solicitation SPE4A7-26-T-584F. Delivery is specified as FOB origin within 20 days of contract award, with no tolerance for quantity variance, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination. Packaging and preservation must strictly comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-PRF-23199, including labeling and barcoding per MIL-STD-129 with special code 32 indicating a Type I shelf life of 60 months that is non-extendable. The item must be mercury-free in all components, preservation materials, packaging, and marking, with exceptions limited to specific functional uses like batteries or instruments as defined by NAVSEA, and any portable mercury-containing devices must include secondary containment. Sampling for quality assurance follows MIL-STD-1916 or an equivalent zero-based plan, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II respectively, or equivalent AQLs; unspecified attributes default to major. Palletization adheres to DLA’s RP001 packaging requirements, and parcel post is expressly prohibited—shipments must use the fastest traceable means. Two distinct delivery points are identified: Point Mugu, CA for one unit with a required delivery date of June 23, 2026, and Kings Bay, GA for another unit with a required delivery date of July 8, 2026, each with unique tracking codes and government use identifiers. All technical and quality requirements referenced are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with applicability determined by the solicitation or award date depending on acquisition size.

General Info

One resilient mount J-4624-10 delivered FOB origin by June 23 and July 8, 2026, compliant with MIL-STD and mercury-free, no parcel post.
