This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6399-24LO24/A dated 2023-12-28 with a closing of 2024-02-05 at 1400hrs. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Some suppliers will be invited directly.
The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is for a qualified service provider with the facilities, capacity, resources, instructors and personnel to support mountain training, accommodations, and advisory services.
The Identified user is the Department of National Defence (DND).
The service will be for required on an “if and when” requested basis over a period of three (3) firm years with two (2) additional one-year option periods.
The delivery point will be the Offeror’s facility.
For all requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted electronically in either official language of Canada.
