The procurement is fully financed upfront by MCC funds, which means that payment security is assured through direct disbursements from the US Treasury to the contracted parties. Interested offerors must register online to obtain bidding documents, participate in scheduled site visits in mid-May 2026, and attend a pre-offer conference via an online event later that month. The deadline for submitting proposals is August 3, 2026, with electronic submissions required by 3:00 pm Mozambique time.
