Solicitation SPM7A209R0003 is an unrestricted acquisition for MRAP spare parts, with specific item descriptions, quantities, and delivery schedules detailed in an accompanying electronic spreadsheet. The contract is established as FOB destination, with inspection and acceptance occurring at either the origin or destination. Due to a lack of complete, unrestrictive technical data, the government is limiting this procurement to approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The agreement allows for the government to exercise options to extend the contract period, provided the total duration does not exceed five years. All offers must be submitted in English and priced in U.S. dollars. While price is a significant consideration, the final award decision will be determined by a combination of price, delivery capabilities, past performance, and other evaluation factors. Certain items may also be subject to the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
