MS DYNAMICS 365 DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR THE GRANTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (GCIMS)

Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) is seeking professional services under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) supply arrangement to enhance its digital platform. The primary objective is the modernization of the Grants and Contributions Information Management System (GCIMS) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. The scope of work includes maintaining and optimizing the existing system, supporting data migration and transformation, and developing new functionalities for both the internal administration site and the external-facing Power Pages portal to improve service delivery and stakeholder interaction. The contract is a two-year engagement starting from the date of award and will be performed remotely. It is restricted to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1. The estimated level of effort includes 1,100 days for a Level 3 Application/Software Architect, 1,480 days for a Level 3 Programmer/Analyst, 880 days for a Level 2 Programmer/Analyst, and 440 days for a Level 3 Database Modeller/Information Management Modeller. Security requirements include a valid designated organization screening for the corporation and reliability status for all resources.
