MSHA - Steel & Glass Doors

The U.S. Department of Labor, acting through its Customer Acquisition Services on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration, is soliciting offers to replace ten deteriorated steel and glass exterior doors across multiple buildings at the A&CC campus in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The work encompasses complete removal and disposal of existing doors, including frames, hardware, and weather stripping, followed by installation of new doors that match the original dimensions, finish, quality, and keying configuration. Installation must include frame refurbishment or replacement, proper weatherproofing, and painting to match existing aesthetics. All work must comply with the attached Product Specifications and is subject to destination inspection and acceptance by the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
