THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Air Force is seeking sources for a potential competitive 100% set aside for any of the following business classifications 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, or Small Business concerns using NAICS 333911. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to obtain information on commercial items and vendors interested in providing proposals for the purchase of Mudjacking Equipment . IF ADEQUATE RESPONSES ARE NOT RECEIVED FROM THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CONCERNS, THE ACQUISITION MAY BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. This will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. 1) Carrying Rack System: Designed to carry a hydraulic concrete raising pump, rack attaches and detaches from standard dump trucks or equivalent vehicles. Includes fold down ramps to drive a self propelled concrete raising pump onto for storage and travel. Includes 12 cubic foot hydraulic paddle mixer with forward reverse and dump features. Gas engine driven hydraulic system. 2) Power Pump: Hydraulic concrete lifting pump. Gas engine powered hydraulic system powers pumping cylinder and wheel motors for mobility. Includes a 6 foot 2" high pressure pumping hose, nozzle and handle. Includes 10 ft long remote extension for pumping on/off switch. Pump carries 5 cubic feet 3) Hilti DSH 900 (or equal) Concrete Saw Kit with 16" blade 4) Cobra Combi Gas powered drill/hammer/breaker P/N 8318 0800 00 (or equal) 5) 25 Ft Hose: 2" 25 ft high pressure pumping hose with grooved adapters and quick connect couplings for extending length to other high pressure pumping hose kits with grooved adapters. This request for information (RFI) notice is issued for planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, issue a solicitation, or pay for any proposal preparation costs.
