The National Security Sciences Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a MULTI-AXIS CALIBRATION SYSTEM A-5103-3600-XC XM-60 KIT INCLUDING XC-80 or a domestic equivalent through solicitation RFQ472732, issued on May 29, 2026, with proposals due by June 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. The acquisition is for a single unit of the specified system, manufactured by Renishaw, or an acceptable domestic alternative, with an optional XM fluttering kit available for enhanced mounting flexibility. The contract requires a firm fixed price quotation and will be awarded based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. All deliverables must be shipped to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and delivered by a United States citizen; foreign nationals are prohibited from onsite delivery and will be turned away. The equipment must comply with stringent labeling requirements, including physical NRTL certification labels at the seller’s expense, and packaging and transportation of any hazardous materials must adhere to DOE O 460.1D, Change 1.
