NASA/MSFC intends to procure specific multi-channel interface modules and cable assemblies to support avionics system testing and development within the Integrated Avionics Test Facilities labs. The required hardware includes PCIE4L-1553-4D-002 and PCIE4L-1553-4F-A-002 interface modules, along with SCSI-1553-4-AUX01 cable assemblies. These components provide dual redundant MIL-STD-1553 capabilities and include the proprietary AltaAPI software package. Because these items are proprietary to Alta Data Technologies, the government intends to pursue this acquisition on a sole source basis under FAR Part 12. This approach ensures compatibility with existing real-time operating system computers and established software code used across the System Integration Labs, Software Development Facilities, and System Integration Test Facilities. All technical inquiries and capability submissions are directed to Kelcey Eddings.
