J&A Statutory Authority: FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source (except brand name) This acquisition is to obtain a Firm-fixed price contract for the purpose of repairing NOUN: Multi-function Display (MFD); NSN: 55826-01-622-0442, Part Number 261400-5; and NOUN: Engine Data Concentrator Units (EDCU); NSN 5821-01-622-0446, part Number 261450-5 which are applicable to the TH-1H Helicopter. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four one year ordering periods for a total of five (5) years. The Best Estimated Quantity (hereafter referred to as "BEQ") The BEQ of the Multi-function display required by the government is 22 each for the Basic and all 4 ordering periods; Engine Data Concentrator Units required is 10 each for the basic and all 4 ordering periods. Delivery schedule is as specified in the solicitation. All responsible, approved sources may submit a response which, if received in a timely manner, must be considered. Only written, faxed, or electronic responses received directly from the requestor are acceptable. No telephone requests. No hard copies will be issued. After receipt of order (ARO) Required Delivery to the government is within 90 calendar days, after arrival of assets at the contract facility. Items shall be shipped within 30 calendar days.
