Solicitation SPE4A6-13-X-1160, Approved Source for all CLINs is Timken Corporation CAGE 60038. All items are AMC - 3' coded, sole source. All items are Solicited Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will result in a bilateral commercial Indefinite Purchase Order having a base term of three years and one option period of two years. Each CLIN will be evaluated on a line by line basis, with no bundled requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation date is Friday, September 27, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
