THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/QUOTE The FSC Code is D319, the NAICS Code is 511210 and the siz standard is $38.5M. Notice of Intent for Award: The 377 MSG/PK at Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source requirement to Solipsys Corporation dba Raytheon Solipsys for the purchase of a Multi-Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) S/W v5.2. Solipsys Corporation dba as Raytheon Solipsys is the sole manufacturer of the Multi-Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) and Multi-Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) Display Software for development, manufacture and supportability. Due to the unique characteristics and capabilities of the MSCT and MSCT Display Software, no other subcontractor has access to the source code and Raytheon Solipsys owns all property rights. There are no resellers of the software and Solipsys Corporation dba as Raytheon Solipsys is the only authorized selling agent of the software. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within five (5) days of this announcement.
