The Province seeks Respondents who are interested in becoming Qualified Service Providers to be eligible to receive Competition Notices and to participate in such downstream competitive solicitations for the opportunity to deliver Services as described more fully throughout this MULCFR.The Ministry anticipates developing skills training and support programs over the coming years in line with local labour market needs throughout British Columbia. Please see section 3 for a detailed description of the Services.The term of the MULCFR is anticipated to run for approximately 5 years until 2031. Interested Respondents may submit a Response at any time during that term for consideration to become a Qualified Service Provider, all in accordance with section 4.5.As further described below in section 7, Qualified Suppliers may be sent Competition Notices on a non-exclusive “as, if, and when requested” basis inviting them to compete on an opportunity to provide Services.Each Competition Notice will set out the particulars of Services required for the opportunity.Further details as to the scope of this and related opportunities and its requirements may be found throughout this MULCFR.
