Multiple Award BPA for Forestry Work

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide all, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary for Pre-commercial Thinning, Planting and Pruning services for Region 6 - Washington and Oregon. Services are primarily for the following National Forests in Region 6: Gifford Pinchot, Mt. Hood, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie, Olympic, Wenatchee, Okanogan, Colville and the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. As needed and supportable by the contractors, other Forest Service locations within Region 6 may utilize the awarded contracts. SOLICITATION DETAILS: This is a best value procurement that is being set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry. All work will be performed under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple contracts awarded. The BPAs will follow an annual review process for renewal or changes in accordance with FAR 13.303-6. Work is estimated to commence under the new BPAs starting in Fiscal Year 2012.
