The major FSCs of this requirement are: 2040, 2590 & 3040. The Government is pursuing a long-term, Indefinite Quantity Contract with fixed price for the duration of three (3) base years plus two (2) option years for a potential total of five (5) years, that will provide DLA Direct (Stocked) replenishment coverage in support of military depots. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Indexes ? based on weighted average of the following indexes.
