Multiple Victoria-Class Spares - COMPRESSOR, RECIPROCATING

The Department of National Defence is soliciting offers for the procurement of two reciprocating compressors, part number A30050 (NSN 4310-99-732-0976, NCAGE U0721), to serve as spares for Victoria-class submarines. One unit is to be delivered to CFB Esquimalt and one to CFB Halifax. The contract will be awarded to the compliant bidder offering the lowest evaluated price, provided they meet all mandatory technical criteria. Bidders may propose equivalent or substitute products but must provide the brand name, model, part number, and NCAGE for evaluation. All materials must be new and conform to the latest applicable specifications. The contractor must adhere to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and follow strict Canadian Forces packaging and marking specifications, including D-LM-008-001/SF-001 and D-LM-008-002/SF-001. Shipments must be delivered FCA and include specific documentation, such as DND form CF 1280 or equivalent release certificates. The Government of Canada certifies that these items are for the exclusive use of the Canadian Armed Forces. Proposals must be submitted in English or French by the specified deadline to the Public Works and Government Services Canada Bid Receiving Unit.
