The U.S. Army RDECOM - Natick Contracting Division plans to award a sole source purchase order to Eagle Industries for the supply of 96 Multipurpose Chest Rigs intended for testing and evaluation. This procurement falls under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, which govern the acquisition of commercial items and simplified acquisition procedures, respectively. The solicitation period concludes at 8:00 a.m. local time on July 6, 2006. Interested parties may direct inquiries to the provided contact, Mr. Richard R.
