SCOPE OF WORKThe intent of this request is to retain an Engineering Consultant to complete a Municipal Class EA and provide options for Intersection Improvements at the location below. LOCATIONIntersection of County Road 4 (Petrolia Line) and County Road 31 (Kimball Road). Survey plans will be provided to the Consultant upon award of the contract.BACKGROUNDThe intersection in question has been the site of many MVCs (Motor Vehicle Collisions) and a few have been fatal. This RFP would have the chosen consultant provide a Municipal Class EA that discusses the options.See proposal document for further details
