The City of Rolling Hills seeks a professional consulting firm to assist with implementing its stormwater programs as required by the Regional Municipal NPDES Permit (Order No. R4-2021-0105). The consultant will support the City's role in the Palos Verdes Peninsula Watershed Management Group (WMG), its Watershed Management Program (WMP), and Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP). Key responsibilities include program planning, regulatory support, preparing the City's Individual Annual Report, managing Safe Clean Water (Measure W) program reporting, assisting with the Public Information and Participation Program (PIPP), providing staff training for planning, land development, construction, and public agency programs, and supporting the Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) program.
