Full Description
This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health, Office of Research Facilities and Development Operations intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with the following vendor: A3J Group.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to A3J Group, located at 3406 W Corona Street, Tampa, FL 33629, on a sole source award basis to procure MxASSET Mobile Rounds Application Software Subscription.
The purpose of this procurement is to secure:
- Deliver 50 Maximo (MXAsset) Mobile Rounds Application Annual User Licenses.
- Application must be the latest version or the most recent version compatible with the CUP’s IBM Maximo 761 instance via FedRAMP SaaS (now at end of life).
The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responsible sources that could provide the required may submit a capability statement that will be considered by email (subject line to reference ORF-26-001031) by 4:00 PM eastern standard time on 08/03/2026 to: tom.serafini@nih.gov.
Interested parties may identify their int:erest and capabilities in response to this posting. All responses received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
