The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) had a requirement to support F/A-18 all type/model/series, and EA-18G Automated Maintenance Environment (FAME) and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Automated Maintenance Environment (AME) using Field Service Representatives (FSRs) through 31 December 2020. To fulfill this requirement, the Government exercised the priced options 0422 and 0423 for for FSR support and the attendant travel from 1 December 2020 through 31 December 2020 on BOA N00019-16-G-0001, Delivery Order 0011, with the Boeing Company. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
